IF YOU ARE A MOTHER OF A BABY (above 5 months)

ALMONDS

Almonds are high in monounsaturated fats, the same type of health-promoting fats as are found in olive oil, which have been associated with reduced risk of heart disease.
It lowers your LDL (THE BAD ) Cholesterol and reduces heart risk.

An Adults can have at least 6-7 nuts of almonds per day.

Eating too many of these nuts can make you gain weight if you cannot keep your energy up to burn off what you have been eating. You will need to account for the calories in almonds when setting up your meal plan so you can avoid consuming too much

Now here in this post I am sharing a SIMPLE QUICK FOOD especially for a baby who is above 5 months..

  •  1 ALMONDS (overnight soaked in water)
  • PURE HONEY
PREPARATION 5 MINS

  • Scrub soaked almonds in a mortar into very very fine paste(The big problem with nuts is the risk of choking a baby so make sure you grind them up finely)
  • put a just a single drop of honey and mix it.( you can also mix it with mothers breast milk)
  • Give it to the baby instantly.
In the same way with 3-4 almonds the paste can be made for the kid also to supplement there daily nourishment.
