The healthy easy 20 minutes recipe

Hello Friends.


I started this blog to share all my easy recipes with you from all across the world.
The best thing about this blog is I would like to share all those tips which will help you on a tight budget and unavailability of the cooking appliances and the ingredients.
So the options will always be available.
And do not make a list of ingredients if you want to eat.

On the other side I will be including all the health tips and food for them who are:

On a diet food
Are diabetics
Extremely thin
And Over weight

So here I am starting with very easy egg recipe .



Egg yoyo

Ingredients

  • Boiled egg (only white)
  • Boiled chick peas (in unavailability of chick peas you can take boiled red kidney beans or boiled green peas
  • coriander leaves
  • salt
  • finely chopped onion( you can put capsicum instead)
  • black pepper powder
  • oregano
  • mayonnaise ( If on diet or want to avoid mayo hung curd or yogurt can be used)


Method

  • Cut boiled egg white in dices
  • add chick peas
  • put all the above ingredients together and serve
  • you can eat it as a breakfast or you can also put it in the bread and make eat it as a sandwich.

The name egg yoyo means either you can use mayo or yogurt.
