So here I am starting with very easy egg recipe .
Egg yoyo
Ingredients
- Boiled egg (only white)
- Boiled chick peas (in unavailability of chick peas you can take boiled red kidney beans or boiled green peas
- coriander leaves
- salt
- finely chopped onion( you can put capsicum instead)
- black pepper powder
- oregano
- mayonnaise ( If on diet or want to avoid mayo hung curd or yogurt can be used)
Method
- Cut boiled egg white in dices
- add chick peas
- put all the above ingredients together and serve
- you can eat it as a breakfast or you can also put it in the bread and make eat it as a sandwich.
The name egg yoyo means either you can use mayo or yogurt.
